When I was at the point in life when I wanted to buy my first home, I requested a viewing of a property that was listed on one of the home sites. Kendra showed up and gave me a tour of that home. That particular property was not the one for me, but I was appreciative of Kendra’s knowledge of things to have checked out on an older home and level of patience. I want to emphasize level of patience. I know I was probably not one of the easiest customers to shop for. It took almost two years for me to find the right home! It was worth the wait though! I came close to buying a couple but they were just not quite right at the end of the day. During all this, Kendra was completely understating of where I was coming from as a new buyer and I never felt rushed or pressured. Finally, I just want to say I’m thankful for Kendra. In the amount of time she spent with me looking for the right home she may have been able to close on five homes with five other buyers. Actuality ,who knows, maybe ten. That was not Kendra’s sole motivation. She wanted me to buy the right home and that was more important to her then just closing a deal and getting the commission.
